In Language Arts, we discussed ending for our realistic fiction short stories. Writers consider various endings. How would the situation turn out in real life? Rethink "easy" endings. We may need to relook at our due date as we now have the Forward State Standardized test next Wednesday-Friday.
Reading: Duffield rotation- Worked on our ABC books that will summarize a fictional novel. Homework: ABC book are due April 21st. We are presented our books in class tomorrow.
Mrs VanOoyen's rotation: Each person will be getting 7 different grades. 5 of the grades are their journal entries for the chosen job. The due dates vary, since each group created their own calendar of meeting dates. The two other grades will be the discussions and use of class time. All journal entries need to be completed by April 22nd.
Olsen's rotation- Students meet with Mr Olsen and/partners on a daily basis to work on reading fluency.
Math: Mr K's class- no homework
Science: Final draft lab report due at end of class tomorrow!
